Select the Open Ticket button located on the home page or the Open Ticket link located at the top of any page. Fill out the ticket form, and indicate you would like a new user created for the system in the description along with the information listed below. d-Wise will make the appropriate changes and notify the requester and user when the account is created.
Ticket description
1. First and last name and desired ID for the user
2. Contact information for the user
3. Any additional account permissions needed (e.g. more/less restrictive)
